The Servicing Business Analyst will report to the Servicing Automation Manager and manage various tasks associated with ICE application implementation, project implementation, and support the Servicing team. You will read and interpret vendor release notes, obtain business requirements to create process flows and test cases, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and assist with project implementation.
